“Moke brings sensitivity and flexibility to decision-making. Yet when it comes to the quality of execution, we remain steadfast, with a keen eye for detail.”

Ahmed Zhani Dridi, Architect
It was inspiring to work on a turnkey project of this scale - a complex comprising a luxury hotel and an international conference centre in Cotonou, Benin, Africa. 30,000 m², two hundred rooms. Multiple restaurants, meeting rooms, a spa. Enormous. And honestly, a major challenge. Moke’s design introduced a fresh approach to the local style, incorporating elements of Dutch architecture – restrained, yet rich. The strength lies in that contrast, just like the balance with elegance. The team came from all corners of the globe: interior designers from Moscow, a contractor from Istanbul, the client from Benin, architects from Amsterdam, all working for an operator based in Dubai. Good communication is vital in a project of this international scope -  constantly navigating differences in time zones, locations, and visions. Diplomacy is key. But equally: holding firm to your plan. To your own standards. The passion we bring to our work is contagious. Partners are swept up in our enthusiasm - and it shows in every detail.
