Chateau Malhribes

Chateau Malhribes is one of the oldest grand estates in St. Tropez. Over the years, renovations in various eras and styles had stripped the old chateau of its original charm. The building was begging for restoration.

Spatial restoration
The chateau was built in 1850 on a steep, sea-facing slope. The panoramic view from the estate over the entire bay of St. Tropez is spectacular. After the renovation of the mansion, the original classic spatial design, partially lost due to previous modifications, has become tangible once more.

Reborn
The building was completely stripped and all ornamentation removed. The entire internal structure of the building was dismantled and replaced. The thick, solid walls, the beautiful window frames, and the romantic terraces at the front and rear regained their former grandeur. With a new kitchen and modern bathrooms, the chateau reclaimed its place in the 21st century. The lavish swimming pool is beautifully integrated into the rolling terrain: as you take a morning dip, it feels as if you could swim straight into the open sea.
