Striking Accents
The shops in the plinth serve as eye-catchers. Cars are parked on the first floor, creating a pleasant space near the shops with canals and bridges. Above the parking deck, the residences are spread across various focal points. Together with the distinctive tower, they lend the shopping hub an extra layer of character.

Intimate Appearance
The building is broken up into separate façades, creating the appearance of individual structures. Towards the shopping street, the design is more finely detailed, while on the other side, it adopts a slightly bolder approach. Behind these façades, there is ample space for large stores such as Action and Hoogvliet supermarket.

Diverse Materials
The small-scale impression is enhanced by the variety of materials and their dynamic application. The façades feature concrete, natural stone, steel, glass, and various types of brick, each incorporated with textured detailing.
