A wide variety of housing types
From ground-level homes with gardens to apartments and maisonettes. From expensive to affordable; everything can be found in this neighbourhood. It is a place where everyone should be able to find their spot—families, seniors, and singles alike.

High and low side by side
It is evolving into a truly mixed neighbourhood, with fairly tall buildings and low-rise houses side by side. This mix may occasionally create friction and give the place a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Greenery will be incorporated at all levels, with rooftop gardens, a semi-collective courtyard structure, and public green areas where children can play.

A unique parking solution
Visitors can park their cars along the railway, while residents will park underground. In this case, "underground" actually means above ground, as the development area will be slightly elevated.
